About Samantha

Hello and welcome to my page where you can find out more about me and how I can help you on your mindfulness journey.

I bring a unique blend of mindfulness, coaching, facilitation and mentoring. I have been a coach and trainer for 25 years already, working with people of all ages and backgrounds.

I’m a mum, a wife, a friend, a daughter, an auntie, a business leader and an educator. I draw on my experiences of these sometimes complex relationships in my work as a mindfulness teacher and facilitator of meditation courses. These experiences allow me to empathise with yours and have shaped who I am today.

I have worked through my own feelings of abandonment, anxiety and inferiority complex. It is my true passion to facilitate others to work through similar issues, and more.

My journey to mindfulness

My own journey towards mindfulness started when I first began meditation and yoga, aged 21. I found by practicing every day, the benefits to my mind and body were incredible. I started to learn the potential of stillness, acceptance, forgiveness, self-love and kindness.

After working in media and relocating from London to the seaside to have my son in 2006 I refocussed my career to develop as a coach and trainer. I’ve travelled all over the world producing videos and events and advising business leaders on their creative vision. I’ve trained people across many industries to recognize their motivational states and to build resilience as well as leading culture changes within FTSE100 businesses.

After the birth of my daughter in 2009 I felt compelled to share the power and gift of self-nourishment with others. So, I started my own sitting practice (Mindfulness as it’s now more commonly known). I then trained with Youth Mindfulness in 2018 on their One Year Programme.

How can I help you on your mindfulness journey

Remarkable Minds is a fresh, insightful and empowering brand. I am authentic, honest, creative and spirited. I meet you at whatever point you are in your life, without judgement.

The way I like to work is by listening, primarily. I will guide you to navigate the sometimes tricky feelings and emotions that are within us. We will work together to cultivate a wholehearted approach to life.

With stillness, sometimes silence, breathing techniques and simply slowing down, I offer adults, young people and children a way back to finding your true selves. Accepting, connecting with and loving who you really are.
