I have been a coach and trainer for 25 years, working with people of all ages and backgrounds. It’s my job as a coach to guide you on your journey of self-discovery and awareness. I can help you achieve your goals and eliminate any obstacles that may be in your way.

I offer expert facilitation to help you unlock and apply your own inner wisdom and support your willingness to follow your heart. It’s rather like having a personal GPS that lets you track where you are, clarify your direction, and reach your goals without unhelpful detours.

Coaching

You will learn coaching and learn practices and techniques tailored to suit you. You will be able to apply these techniques in your workplace or anywhere else in your life. You will learn to create an enduring calm, focus and perspective. You will discover the confidence to face any challenge with greater insight and capability.
