Mindfulness can offer relief from whatever difficulties you or your child may be encountering. But equally, mindfulness is not something only to be used in times of trouble. Mindfulness meditation is a tool to be practiced and used in our everyday situations.
I am an accredited Youth Mindfulness coach, having undertaken their one-year long transformative learning experience. I offer adults, young people and children a way to find your true selves.
